About Us

With over 30 years of experience in manufacturing underground drainage, above ground drainage and water management products, Polydrain Civils Ltd is seeking a full-time Internal Sales Representative to work in our office based in Oldbury, West Midlands.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Based in the Sales Office, you will become an integral part of a busy head office tasked with the following:

Preparing quotations for customers
Dealing with take offs and proposing Polydrain products
Upselling our products to current & potential customers
Using our CRM software to identify trends and patterns
Building relationships with our customers

Experience within drainage sector is required.

You must be sales driven, have excellent customer service skills together with a good telephone manner and the ability to work well within a team.
